Shipping & Returns
Normal dispatch for products on stock is within 3-7 working days from the date of order acknowledgment.
Goods are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply certain goods (or products in a certain size or color etc.) in time, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery date before sending you an order acknowledgement. Other options include alternative replacement products (e.g. different stone color) or the cancellation of the order item in question. We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer as a result of late delivery or cancellation of your order.
For custom-made orders, the delivery time depends on the order volume and type of products ordered. The delivery time will be communicated to you separately.
The following shipping options are available and can be selected during the checkout process:
- FedEX International Priority Express Shipments. Shipping costs are calculated and added automatically during checkout based on the valid FedEX zone rates.
- Your own shipping agency. This option allows you to make your own shipping arrangements (e.g. via UPS, DHL, FedEX etc.). No shipping costs are added during checkout.
- Store Pickup.
If you wish to add insurance for your delivery, please indicate the same as comment during checkout. We will contact you for further details.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
The Silveritas high quality jewelry should meet or exceed your expectations. However, in the event that the products delivered to you are incomplete, you have received incorrect Products or Products, which are damaged or faulty, we shall have no liability to you unless you report the problem WITHIN 7 Days OF DELIVERY of the products in question.
The goods will be deemed returned when signed for by us. Returned goods will only be credited, repaired or replaced if the damage has occurred prior to delivery, or if it is clear that the problem is due to a manufacturing fault. Silveritas will not provide refunds or replacements of goods damaged due to wear and tear or mistreated in any way. Refunds, repairs and/or replacements are made at Silveritas own discretion.
